AERA is an AI companion platform featuring fictional adult characters and AI-generated content. AERA does not permit users to upload images or videos of themselves or third parties for generation or publication.

AERA maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), forced labor, and other forms of exploitation.

Our platform may not be used to promote, facilitate, solicit, or support trafficking or exploitation in any form.

Prohibited Content and Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on AERA:

• Content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or solicits human trafficking or sexual exploitation;
• Sexual content involving minors or persons presented as minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions;
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that promotes or facilitates child sexual exploitation;
• Content promoting or facilitating forced labor, debt bondage, involuntary servitude, or modern slavery;
• Use of the platform to recruit, advertise, solicit, or facilitate the trafficking or exploitation of any person;
• Content depicting or promoting sexual coercion, forced sexual activity, or other non-consensual sexual activity;
• Content intended to facilitate prostitution or commercial sexual exploitation involving trafficking, coercion, or other unlawful activity.

Prevention and Enforcement

AERA uses content controls and moderation safeguards designed to prevent prohibited content and activity.

These safeguards may include model-level restrictions, automated content screening, review of flagged activity, and restrictions on characters and scenarios made available through the platform.

Where potentially prohibited content is identified, AERA may block or restrict the relevant generation or content while the matter is reviewed.

Violations may result in removal of content, restriction of platform functionality, suspension, or termination of access, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Minors and Exploitation

AERA is strictly limited to adults aged 18 or older.

All characters participating in sexual or sexually suggestive interactions must be represented as adults aged 18 or older.

Sexual content involving minors, persons presented as minors, or age-ambiguous persons is prohibited.

Cooperation With Authorities

AERA will comply with valid legal requests from law enforcement and other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Where AERA becomes aware of activity that is subject to mandatory reporting requirements, we will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

Reporting

If you believe content or activity on AERA may involve human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual exploitation, or another violation of this Policy, please report it promptly to:

Reports involving potential trafficking, exploitation, or minors will be treated with priority.
